**There is a Latin American novelist by the name of Gabriel Garcia Marquez who must know a lot about a lot of us. He’s writing about a character in one of his novels, but personally I think he’s been following some of us around. He wrote, “He allowed himself to be swayed by his conviction that human beings are not born once and for all on the day their mothers gave birth to them.” I don’t know about you, but I’ve been pretty much a ‘birthday cake– one day- kind of gal.’ Marquez continues, ‘but that life obliges them over and over to give birth to themselves.” Read the bold print again, and invite this day to be one of your ‘over and over birth times! Tomorrows, too!
**Looking forward to see you at church, 10:00, on Sunday. While every Sunday welcomes your contibution to the Concord Food Pantry via The Church Within, this Sunday is a special ‘such time.’ You are asked to bring some kinds of ‘meat or meat substitute’ items, which will also be a part of Children’s Time this week.
**And just wondering if any of you have some garage or barn kind of space for some wood from the set of Rabbit Hole, the play that closed at church last weekend. If you do, we’d like to store it for future play set use. Just let me know by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Blessing and Peace,
