Building Use

We have come to realize that one of our greatest community assets is our facility. For years, it was mostly used on Sunday mornings alone. Now there are people using the building more days of the week than not, and we couldn't be any happier. We are glad to welcome community in and offer safe space for your work. 

We have developed engagement in 4 areas of community life.

• Mental Health
• Hunger and Homelessness
• Social Justice

If your work aligns with those pillars, or if you are part of a spiritual community that sometimes needs space for your gatherings, we might just be the perfect fit!

To inquire about using our space in exchange for a financial donation, you will fill out a form that will be reviewed by a volunteer who will get back to you within a few days with clarifying questions, a yes or no, and next steps.

We are nearly never able to accommodate last-minute requests. Please plan ahead and start early.

The volunteer who is managing this process has guidelines in place for different types of building use. These donations are all quite modest, and they vary for folks with whom we are already in relationship, nonprofits, and those who are not connected with the larger TCW community.

Start by filling out this form completely, then wait for a response to your inquiry. 

If the building is available when you've requested and you get the go ahead, you'll then make a donation at bit.ly/tcwdonation and you'll need to print, complete, and sign this document. Lastly, you'll need this list as a guide for how to leave the building when you are done. All of these will be sent to you by the volunteer in charge, but we provide them here so you can come back to them easily.
